Engine Noise - Sticky lifters ? [Video]

Hello

Hope everyone is good in this fantastic community!

so the story is this: After the issue with "oil in coolant" was fixed (cause of failed Oil cooler), i topped the car with 5W-40 and new fresh coolant. I wasnt high-reving the engine for about a month and all was good. Today i accelerated, reaching over 6.5K RPMs and then immediately it started to make a scary sound once the RPMs dropped.

- It does this sound on both hot and cold
- Im using 5W-40 for the last 6 months ( changed the oil twice during this time).
- It sounds like a sticky lifter (done my research and found other similar youtube videos with similar sound)
- My next step is to proceed and change the Oil (again) but use 0W-40 Mobil 1
- Is it OK to continue driving the car until i change the oil ?

Video with Sound is here: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/534p8eh77f7ug4gqczelf/IMG_5850.MOV?rlkey=xckkxifmb3inbf3ii2wjfu0uw&dl=0

(its easier to hear the noise after RPMs drop under 1k after 01:10)

THANKS A LOT

Bore Score Noises? Might want to look at the cylinder liners. Just a suggestion.

UPDATE: I switched oil from 5W-40 to 0W-40 and then i added 2x of Liqui Moly Hydraulic Lifter Additive.

About 200km later - Noise gone.
