For a quick fix....
Take a business card and fold it in two. Shove it between the horn and the steering wheel. If you do it right, you won't be able see the card. The problem will be solved and your horn will work normally.'

There are some bushing that get weak causing the horn assembly to sag. Braking sounds the horn.

Been there!
