I had no complaints. I used them, hard, all weekend at Mosport and they never faded or locked up on me, and they don't even look that worn.

Just want to add that ceramic materials are known to be poor conductors of heat. Semi Metallic pads (OEM) specifically have metallic fibers embedded in them to conduct heat away from the disc.
