Exclamation Assign Key After Disconnecting Car Battery

Hey guys, been doing a lot of work on my 2004 Boxster S lately but have come to a halt. I had to disconnect my battery and after reconnecting it I cannot lock or unlock the car with the fob. I did however unlock it manually, turned the car on and as expected; the clock reset, radio came on, etc.

Now here's the thing; when I lock the car manually, it only locks the drivers side door. I'm aware the is a procedure to re-assign the key however I'm unsure and fear I'll trigger the alarm with no way to turn it off.

Thanks in advance guys.
