Where to set up rebound for KW v3 for '99 Boxster?

I have KW v3 installed on my '99 2.7 Boxster, but I cannot find where to adjust the rebound.

Bump settings are controled via rotating switch at the bottom of the shock so no problem there.

Looking at the setup manual, it says that rebound adjustment is located at the 'end of the piston rod (top of the strut)', but I cannot find it.

Here is the page from KW v3 manual.

Can anyone help please?
