2001 Boxster rear spoiler issue

I have a 2001 Boxter where I did some work to it which required me to take off the back bumper. Now, when I put my spoiler up, the right lifter comes up higher than the left one. When I put my spoiler down (manually) the right lifter doesn't go down at all. I also noticed that the left lifter is too close to my trunk door. It actually touches it. How can it be crooket?

I think it is unrelated. My guess is the fasteners that holds the spoiler mechanism is loose. You will need to take the interior out of the rear trunk to check the fasteners.
