I haven't seen the entire sun visor droop before, but it's one big piece. If you don't want to replace the entire thing, you might try putting a little tape where the visor clips when locked facing forward and see if that adds enough friction for it stay in place.

The mirror is an easier fix, you can buy that piece separately.
