I haven't seen the entire sun visor droop before, but it's one big piece. If you don't want to replace the entire thing, you might try putting a little tape where the visor clips when locked facing forward and see if that adds enough friction for it stay in place.

The mirror is an easier fix, you can buy that piece separately.

Huh? None of mine clip. They pivot on each end and are screwed unto the body. Maybe lighted visors are different but the side in the middle by the mirror is where the electrical connection is for the lights.

The visors in these cars really aren't the best even when they dont drop down. I just remove them when they start to droop, never really helped keep the sun out of my eyes anyway.
