I think a little prayer to the patron saint of tail lamps is in order...
"Oh St. Illuminus, we beseech thee to travel with these fine tail lamps in a safe and speedy fashion to Matt, who desperately needs them so he can travel this weekend to show off his SC'd Boxster to other forum members...
...and while you're at it, St. Illuminus, please put a good word in with St. Cloud about the weather because it's supposed to suck on Sunday and we really need warmer, far dryer weather for central Ohio that day. Amen."

I know, it may snow but thats ok I will still be there! You know I took another board member for a ride the other day. I was hoping he would post his comments but I think he must be really busy. Meanwhile to help pass time I put this graphic on my windstop.

Nah, I did however hold back by keeping it below 120 mph in a school zone during recess.

OMG!!!!
Seriously, Matt was kind enough to take me for a jaunt down I-77 and show me his handy work. If I have to say it in one word it would be Frickin'-Awesome!!!!! When that supercharger kicks in it is one sweet feeling. Really nice acceleration. It has just the right amount of get up and go to make the car near perfect. I am reasonably sure that the car is pushing well in excess of 250 hp. I was thinking how the one thing that my Boxster lacked on the track was a little more OOOMPH coming out of the turns and that supercharger would sure cure that problem. I think that with an upgraded ecu and opening of the intake and exhaust system that Matt's car would be the ideal Boxster. And the sound of that supercharger is pretty sweet too. Guess I am going to have to start looking for a way to add some additional power to my car. Thanks a lot Matt-your gonna cost me some serious $$$$ keepin up with the Jone's hah-ha!

I'll work on that. I need to pray and fast for a while to see what kind of prayer would be global, appropriate, and actually worth praying aloud.
In fact, I believe I will probably be praying a lot riding around with Matt this Sunday in the snow and if I have the presence of mind to do it, I'll jot down my prayer, refine it, remove all the explicative-based outbursts I'm sure to have accidentally sprinkled in when Matt shifts gears, and post it.
Matt, I assure you, I will wax on and on about MY ride in your car. Count on it.

I think the congregation is relying on your leadership to get us started. See my post in General Discussions. The Porsche Prayer
May the (force)power be with you.
