New Leaking Tranny mounts

What are the chances? I bought 2 New Hamburg-Technic Transmission mounts and had my local Porsche Dealer install them. Within 1 week 1 of the mounts was leaking and after 3 weeks both mounts were leaking. Unfortunately because they were my parts the dealer couldn't help me and I understand that.

They were New in the package mounts and the place where I bought them would not stand behind them. In fact they made it impossible for me to even contact them. It was from a Ebay seller which I won't name (because I don't know if I am allowed) and as I said they were new in the package. So, this time around I guess I'll be doing them myself.

Any one have any idea on why 2 supposedly new tranny mounts were defective?

Did you pay via PayPal or other online method? Then take care of it.

Yes, I used paypal and thanks for reminding me. I will pursue getting a refund through them.
