Question Tiptronic question

I have a 1999 base boxster with 2.5L, my tiptronic transmission "98630001103-a86.03" it has had some issues and i would like to replace it. It appears that the " 98630001120-a86.20" is easier to find and more affordable, I believe i would need to swap my output shafts or get the S version of the cv axles. Will i need to get a different TCM, and does anyone know of any other issues that has done this before. Thanks for any advise.
Ken
