Question Operating hours counter vs airbag hours and instrument cluster

I was scrolling through Durametric (rental) screens and something got my attention.
2003, base, 108k miles.

Operating Hours Counter (OHC): 4549.8 (rev 1 3448/4524.4, rev 2 2/3677.3)
Airbag OHC: 5682 (I skip minutes and seconds).
Instrument cluster K21: Total distance 17707

First the hours.
While it makes sense for airbag to be larger than running, but it means the ignition was on while engine was off for like 1'000 hours. That is a lot. For each hour, 25 minutes the ignition remained on with engine off.

Then, the instrument cluster. Distance 17707. I cannot make any sense of this value. Conversion from miles to kilometers still does not get close (by a factor of 10).

Unless it was reset or the cluster was replaced (and reset again).

Any thoughts?

Side note.
Rev 2 is good.
Rev 1 is still low, but regardless is OK.
Miles to time is less than 25 mph average, what is expected from occasional drives and slower traffic.
