Power Steering Pulley Removal

Is there a trick to removing the power steering pulley? My pressure line sprung some leaks so I'm trying to replace it and need the pulley off to have clearance to remove the hose. I took off the three bolts and thought it should wiggle off but it didn't. I threw some WD-40 on there a few days ago and let it soak. Tried using a pulley remover but still no luck. My next thought is to use some heat on it but I'm a little hesitant to do that in such a tight spot.

A few light taps around the pully loosened mine up. When you figure how to put the line back in, let me know how you did it. Got my pressure line out and now cant get it oriented properly.

I fed the new line in from the top and had to push it as far to the side of the engine bay as I could. Once the section where the hard line meets the rubber cleared the side of the engine, I was able to twist it so it lined up to go under the A/C compressor. Now if I can just get the flare nut to thread into the power steering pump.
