Short answer, no they will not cause any issues, but, they are almost an inch taller than the rears. If it was me I would get them to change them to 225/45r17, good luck.

I believe that the difference on the tire diameter will also affect the PSM (or ABS?) system..

Yes you're right. On rwd car you can have up to 3% diference of rolling diameter without causing any problems, I think he's just around the 3% with that tire set up. On a awd it's only 1%. If I was the OP I would go back to the shop and have them change the tires to 225/45r17, those tires are to high compared to rears, and like you said the PSM light might come on with those tires.
