Promoted my 986 daily to a weekend car

After 100+k miles and 6.5 years of daily driving my 986 I finally moved her to weekend work. She's showing some wear and tear but still a pleasure to dive (most of the time). Would still love to have Jake rebuild the engine but that's been placed on permanent hold for now.

Added a Model Y this week and moved from three pedal driving to one pedal. Totally different experiences but one I am enjoying immensely as of right now. Went with the dual motor AWD, white on white version.

LOL for real. Went to make a quick pass the other day, slammed my foot in into the carpet and grabbed a handful of air for the downshift.

Felt very silly

Enjoy the instant torque of the motors, it’s intoxicating at low speeds. I think having an electric daily is great, won’t ever give that up for commuting.
