FWIW I had a similar list of codes come up with 78k on the clock and a new variocam actuator was the solution along with a timing adjustment (my chain had skipped a tooth). Thread here: Help Diagnosing Slew of CEL Codes

Not saying that for sure is the issue but it was also a bit of a surprise for me to be at relatively low miles.
