In all seriousness... a wiser mind will chime in, and will be correct in a diagnosis.

Have you tried the Google machine?

Welcome to the forum!!
Hi Starter. The Google machine is what led me here.

As it turns out I won't need one of those wiser minds unless it happens again. When I got home I tried putting the top down and then back up, and viola! The windows went back up.

I just bought this car from some guy who had it parked on the street with a for sale sign on it. I have owned it 1 month and have put a ton of money into it. It only has 50K miles, but wasn't well taken care of. I thought I was done spending money. Now, mysterious random things start happening, and the first thing I think is, "Well, there goes another thousand dollars..." But it kinda fixed itself, so no emergency. I would like to know what happened though.

Anyway, SoCal weather isn't always great in the summer. I had the top and windows up driving home because it was 95 degrees.
