Rear Difusser 'Mesh' where can I get it?

Not looking to DIY. I know this was available for the Boxster S 500 AE. I swear I once saw another company making it without the obscene Porsche parts tax. I've googled it and searched on here but can't find much. Anyone?

I don't know where you can get it... but Home Depot sells mesh (~$3) for an 6" X 3 foot section. This: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Amerimax-Home-Products-36-in-x-6-in-Hinged-Unpainted-Gutter-Guard-85280BX/100002884

I've used it on the front grills and the side intakes. Fabricating a couple of pieces for my diffusers is on the calendar... but only penciled in. I'll get to it. Shaping it to those diffusers without scratching up the part is the challenge. That, and securing it to the parts without looking all wonky.

Now... if you find the custom mesh please report back.

Cheers!

I tried to hunt down the same thing a few years ago. I think I gave up because I was never was able to find an OEM part number for them (pretty sure they aren't sold separately from the SE bumper??) and I don't recall there being an aftermarket solution at the time. If you find something, please let us know!!

Years ago Sunset Porsche used to sell these along with the SE tail lights, tail pipe, and a few other trim bits unique to the 550 SE. They might be able to provide a part number for you
