Correct color

I have a '99 Boxster base, Guards red.. Can someone tell me what color, when new, the radiator grills were?

Originally they were a silver/grey color, most have faded to a light grey color if they have not been repainted.

From your description, it’s a bit different than the wheel color?

Yes, but very close to it. They looked very much like arctic silver.

Did get get them rehabbed. I took at least a dozen photos and none turned out very well. Maybe you can get an idea from these two. The color is slightly darker than the wheels.....
