Last year my 20 yr old coolant tank developed spider cracks that would expand and leak once the car got up to temperature. I discovered this after I began seeing the same leak you pictured. BUT my trunk carpet was dry as a bone. So I removed all the trunk carpet/liner, AND the trunk's synthetic raised floorboards ....and discovered a pool of coolant sloshing around between the trunk ribs. It"s that same coolant that would slowly find it's way to one of the rubber plugs, leak through and land on the garage floor, just like your pictures.
Pull everything out of the trunk and look for a pool of coolant there. My "indy" shop replaced the tank with an OEM tank from Pelican....labor and parts were about $800.
Unfortunately, two months before the coolant tank leak, I had the water pump fail and it was replaced for about $900 (parts and labor). I could have probably saved a few bucks if I replaced BOTH at the same time.
