13-14a drain w/ everything shut off. Localizes to the A5 15a fuse. Fuse card says A5 powers instrument illumination, locating light, & number plate light.
Thoughts or comments on where to go from here?

That means that the drain is on that circuit, but does not mean the items listed are the actual source. Someone may have tapped into one of those circuits and added something that is the actual source.
