Yes they're genuine Bosch lights from a 1998 996. The color effect is due to the usage of a circular polarizing filter - though it's slightly visible to the naked eye as well!

Ah! That would explain why the burst of life on those. Was sure they were aftermarket and triple coated lol Mind you I've seen them in real-life & brand new genuine p-part too, could certainly see the coating spectrum effect but never seen it looking that good. Good filter
