Electrical problem windows locks radio

So I just got a 2001 Boxster and the windows were working intermittently. I noticed that there was water around the immobilizer. After removing it, cleaning it and drying it out. I plugged it back in and there was no change.

-The radio has never worked since I got it.
-The key fob does not work
-Windows go up and down when the doors are closed
-windows do not work with the switch.
-switches seem to be working well.

I have checked for continuity on the wires.
The roof was also removed and reinstalled (replaced back window)

What other tests can I do?
Is there a way rule out the immobilizer?
Can the immobilizer be fixed?

Any answers will help
Thank you
