Here is the answer about the Element and PCA from the President of the brand:

At present Element is not currently approved by the PCA but an approval is in process. Back at SEMA I met with two of the directors of the PCA including the Executive Director and we are currently in the process of presenting the varied international certifications Element has to the PCA board.It is up to the board to decide on the approval and at present I have not been given a timeline from them.
