Is it leaking or draining from the overflow?

If the car is draining all the coolant from the overflow, you have an air bubble and need to purge the system using the correct sequence. If that has been done, it could be the seal on the cap. If the tank itself is not leaking, it is not the issue. What have you done recently with the coolant system?
