Replaced immobilizer +++ but car won’t crank

Replaced water damaged immobilizer, key reader, ignition switch and ecu replaced but Car doesn’t crank.

All other functions work in the car that didn’t with the water damaged immobilizer.

Donor car is same year, engine and transmission.

What am I missing??

I'm assuming you checked your fuses?
Checking continuity on the harness can be a good step too.
I've never tried this on a 986, so a more experienced peer can/should comment on this, but on other vehicles I've jumped the starter to make sure it's not the starter itself that's bad.

There is a relay in the back left side trunk that will engage the starter if jumped (only do it momentarily)

Forgot to add that old setup will allow the car to crank just no interior functions.
