I've pulled mine ('01 S) and have a spray can of flat black Plasti-Dip ready to go, but what about cleaning first? What readily available brand name solvent is going to work? No stores nearby have denatured alcohol. But is denatured alcohol my only solution, and I need to search far and wide to buy a whole gallon even though I need one ounce?
