2002 s 3.2 engine
Does anybody know whether I can use 3.2 engine From 2002 can be used in 2003 or 2004 ?

I'm guessing by your question that you need a 03/04 3.2. You'll have better luck finding a 02-05 3.6 for about the same price. More power is always a good thing

Then it won't bolt right in without drilling & tapping new thread holes.

I have 2002 s with 3.2.
I had accident.
I am looking into taking the engine from the 2002 and find a roller to put that engine.

They changed the engine configuration in 2003. The newer 3 chain engine uses motronics 7.8.

NewArt is correct. If you want an easy plug&play option for a roller, you'll want a 2000-2002.

That's only if you're using a boxster intake. Super easy if you want to use the 986 intake but you're missing out on some hp if you skip on the 996 intake
