Entire headlight assembly not working
 

I tried posting on Facebook but had no luck... I recently put new turn signal bulbs in both of my headlights on my 1998. After reinstalling them, the driver side (US) is not working at all. No turn signals, no headlights, fog lights, nothing. I have tried reseating the unit over a dozen times and each time it clicks in place just as it should. There's no damage to the connector on the headlight or the car and both look solidly in place. According to my multimeter I'm getting voltage at the connector on the car. I'm completely lost on what to do. I suspect it might not be plugging into the connector properly but it's impossible to tell.
The passenger side is working without issue.
Any ideas from the 986 experts?
