Boxster Cam Tensioner

Hi, new to the forum and was trying to get some information on the cam tensioners in my 2.7 2001 Boxster. One of my tensioners (bottom right) leaks oil from the plunger shaft, I cleaned / flushed it and primed it with fresh oil, but when I compress the tensioner oil leaks from the plunger shaft. I’m assuming that this means the tensioner needs to be replaced, and that the inner seals in it are worn?
Any help info would be appreciated, thanks.
