Indy in Seattle?

I am visiting my son and drove the Boxster up from SLC.

Went out this morning to a puddle of coolant all over the floor and none in the tank.

I don't have tools and need to get to an indy.

Any recommendations?

Thanks.

Thanks, but not much help.
I did that before posting here. Too many paid placements and aggregate sites (even using Duck Duck Go). The last post in the "Find your indy" post here on this forum is from '10 and two of those have changed hands since then.

I may have found a place, but am still looking for a reference.

Chris’s German Auto Service in Redmond has an excellent reputation. Also Gerber Motorsport.

Where in Seattle are you? Seattle itself, or east of Seattle?

If in Seattle, I have used Gerber Motorsport and can recommend them. If east of Seattle, Chris's German in Redmond, and Squire's Autowerk are both highly recommended by local PCA members.

Akers in Seattle proper has a good reputation and has been around forever. The prior owner of my Boxster used them.

Aker's Porsche - Porsche, Audi and VW. We do auto repair. General mechanical, transmission rebuild engine rebuild, electrical systems. Repair & diagnostics, suspension repair, brakes, tune ups check engine lights.

2 blocks outside the Seattle city limits to the Northeast in Lake Forest Park is Continental Motors. It is a European Auto shop. I have used them for a coolant drain and fill. Price was decent and the service was good.

squire's Autowerke in Bellevue!! Talk to Jason , the owner, he only works on Porsches. He is very fair and honest, and his prices are reasonable. A very high recommendation!

Chris's in Redmond is the place to go.
Squires is ok, I don't have any experience with them since Squire retired.

Thanks all.
I am in the Sunset Hill/Ballard area. I called Chris's in Redmond, but it is 40+ minutes from here and I am at the mercy of my sons schedule.

My son had a few folks recommend Rathburn. Looks like the shop that did the prior engine swap bent the coolant line and left it next to a sharp bolt and the vibration cut through the line.

I hope to be back on the road Friday evening.

Gerber's is very close to where you are. I live in the Crown Hill area, just north of Ballard, and have walked home from the shop when I dropped my car off.

I've never heard of Rathburn, hopefully they'd do a good job.
