flmont Registered User Join Date: Aug 2017 Location: Tucson,az Posts: 753	Chain rail noise/bleed off My new to me 02 boxster makes a little noise when first started,(chain rattle I think),but if I start it everyday it will not make that noise So I 'am guessing the chain tensioner's are getting weak, I know from the IMSB video's you pull them so I'am thinking about changing them out, My Oil is being sent out to get analyzed but the filter was clean looking only a couple of very small brown chips/slivers but that was it.Not sure if I should bother changing them yet..??
