Now I told my friend the choices. He said if I want to go cheap, go
Firestone firehawk Indy 500. Thoughts? I mostly tour on dry days, I'm
Not planning on breaking time records.

I am currently running Sumitumo HTR ZIII and like them a lot , they give a lot of bang for the buck . They do seem to flat spot if the car sits for a week or more , can fix that by driving more Previously had the Conti Sports and liked them also . Almost any tire with a tread wear rating of around 250 - 280 will be a good compromise for performance , wear , braking and noise .

Just drive a mile or 2 and the flat spot is gone
