I've had mine 3+ years. Never leaked or fogged up, they work great and Im puzzled by your blinker light problem. You either got a defective set or bought an inferior brand that someone passed off as the good ones. You say the blinker is hard to see at night. Here's a pic I just took, 10am, sunny day with the garage door open right behind the camera/car. They're really much brighter in the dark. 🤷

Maybe yours was better...

This is what I recorded.
Granted, my "original" taillight had a problem with LEDs (hence I wanted to replace them), so it does not compare well, but at least you can see the difference in the light intensity of regular, tungsten blinker vs 718 style LED.

You might be able to notice light intensity change for the parking lights at some point.


For me, they did not perform safe enough.

I see what you mean, definitely smaller, not as bright. Those are the good ones too. Still not terrible, I've never noticed.
