raw gas smell at start up

My 2002 reeks like raw gas as start up, and I'm not popping any codes yet,
also I did replace my AOS,
Should I just replace the MAF or clean it, Or do you think it's something else?

It is likely the charcoal canister that is housed near the filler cap. It is well hidden up in in the fender.
