difficulty shifting into reverse

Anyone know the reason for having difficulty shifting into reverse with the engine on?
With the engine off it shifts fine. I have not done anything recent with the transmission and this problem just suddenly occurred. I noticed first gear being more notchy as well as the other gears but not as much.

I did install a B&M rep short throw over a year ago but it has been shifting fine since then until now. Any advice on where to begin?

Thanks!

Check the clutch master and slave cylinders for leaks.

Brake fluid reservoir level is fine and no noticeable leaks from under the car. After doing a little bit of research though i do agree that it may have something to do with the hydraulics.

The clutch master cylinder leaks on the carpet below the pedal.

Thanks, I just checked. No visible leaks and I ran my hands through the carpet under the pedals and fuse box area. All dry, thank god. Was worried the fluid would start eating away at the paint.

Took my car to a Porsche shop in the bay area and had them diagnose it. It was the pressure plate diaphragm. The diaphragm had lost tension and was not disengaging the trans from the engine enough.

I have to get used to the new clutch pedal now, it is very light. clutch pedal feels similar to driving any economy car.
