I thought the James Dean edition was some of the early 2.5 cars that were silver with red interior and hard top. Is there a chance they are talking about the 2004 Spyder special edition? If so that is M030.

I own one....

....and the official name is “50 Years of 550 Spyder Edition” Boxster S.

It is an M030 suspension.

You can buy a new M030 from Suncoast Porsche.
