Yeah they are concealed. One is under the plastic cover where the door handle is located, on the door panel pull handle there is a small plastic piece you remove to access another, and the other one you have to remove the actual door light like to change the bulb its located under there.

For the speaker boxes in the door, pretty much have to remove door panel, could be someone had the boxes out missed putting one back in. But as mentioned these cars have a lot of those holding things together.
