I'd give the guy serious $hit about wasting my time, and the fact that once he bought it, it was HIS problem, and that he should have gotten a PPI.
I'd flat out tell him not to waste anyone else's time - if he plans to buy another one, get it checked BEFORE he agrees to buy it. Aside from that, if it were me, I'd tell him tough ****************. If I got that much money for my car, I'd tell him I'd go half on the RMS and strut, and THAT'S IT. AND that he'd be LUCKY I was doing that. CAVEAT EMPTOR!! |
Where did you come up with that price?
my ass, lol, good thing now i dont need to sell the boxster so i could care less if it depreciate |
If the car changed hands twice now, wouldn't you both be paying tax, and also have the title transferred twice? The next potential buyer may see this as a red flag in a carfax report.

I would agree with above, if he wanted a perfect car, he should have bought a new one. In the meantime, he bought yours, and should have checked it out if he was so concerned about the conditions he is now complaining of.
