Seals & Weather-stripping

What product should we be using on our seals and weather-stripping?

Grizzly, where can this stuff be bought? How much $$? How often do you apply? Thanks.

Hi,

You really shouldn't use anything, just some mild soapy water at most. Using a chemical of any sort is likely to hasten the drying process of the rubber (probably synthetic butyl) and you'll be replacing the rubber sooner. This is what I do to my 26 y.o. Esprit and the rubber is like new. Hope this helps...

Happy Motoring!... Jim'99
