Maybe AOS is not completely seated? The other thing in that area that is suspect is oil fill tube, but it usually causes a vacuum leak.

Don't get frustrated! These cars are amazing! Think about it, your car is 17 years old and finally has one little oil leak! I get it. I'm proud of the fact my 2000S has no leaks. I've had one before, from a couple of oil tubes but that's about it.
