I really like the simple and almost raw driving dynamics of my Boxster.
No electronic nannies to save my bacon, except the ABS.
I’ve had mine for7 years now, and couldn’t picture myself in a newer car.

Ditto for me, I have driven 987's, Cayman& 981's I prefer my 2000 S, maybe due to my built engine.

OE engine rebuilt,3.6 litre LN Engineering billet sleeves,triple row IMSB,LN rods. Deep sump oil pan with DT40 oil.

My future 'upgrade' would be something like your car! Just installed a 996 cable TB for a starter!!!

my 2001 base box

i've had my 2001 base box for about 12 years. drive it daily. she has 240k miles. still makes me smile
