Smoke on start-up?

you are right. when the car sits for a couple of days, the smoke appears. i haven't had smoke in a couple of months, because i've been driving the car more recently. but last week i didn't drive all week. i turned the car on, and poof smoke n smelt bad. but hasn't happend again.
