Windows won't open after battery reset

Hello all,

New to the forum but have lurked for quite awhile. Thanks for all the great information.

Our car is a 2001 Boxster S. I just installed an Apple CarPlay deck in the car which turned out great. I did disconnect the battery during the process.

The issue is the windows don't open via the switches. The windows do go down and back up when I open the door. They do not budge when opening the soft top.

I've searched this forum as well as google. I've tried the window reset: Doors closed, key on, held the switches from anywhere from 6 to 30 seconds, both up direction and down.

Any help for a newbie?

There is a switch up under the clamp that may not be working correctly.
