I have my recommended intervals on my website, and a much more extensive spreadsheet I use to personally track my own maintenance and repair items/intervals. Tons of different suggested maintenance schedules and intervals floating around online. To help get you started here is what I have on my personal spreadsheet, the intervals and suggestions below are my own:

Oil System
5,000 Miles - Oil & Oil Filter
As Needed - Oil Pump Piston, Spring, Gasket
As Needed - Oil Cap

Wheels
2 Years - Brake Fluid
As Needed - Front Rotors
As Needed - Front Brakes
As Needed - Rear Rotors
As Needed - Rear Brakes

Cooling System
3-5 Years - Coolant
5 Years // 60,000 - Water Pump
As Needed - Thermostat
As Needed - Coolant Cap
As Needed - Coolant Temp. Sensor
As Needed - Expansion Tank

Engine
15,000 Miles - Cabin Filter
30,000 Miles - Air Filter
30,000 Miles - Spark Plugs
30,000 Miles - Fuel Filter
30,000 Miles - Belt
60,000 Miles - Manual Transmission Oil
60,000 Miles - Power Steering Fluid
90,000 Miles - Spark Plug Tubes
As Needed - Flywheel & Clutch
As Needed - Starter
As Needed - Oil Separator
As Needed - Gas Cap
As Needed - Battery
As Needed - Motor Mount

A few comments on what you posted, tires are a total toss up because it depends on the compound and driving style, brakes also vary a lot, brake fluid should be every 2 years, and I would do the air filter by mileage not time. I don't consider the fuel pump a maintenance item, replace it when it fails (it will normally provide some warning).

Edit: The serp and drive belt are the same thing.
