I know one guy with one of those mid 8o's Countach's and another guy with a Diablo (sliver, most insane car I've seen in person aside from that Black SLR that just drove past 30 minutes ago ) anyhoo the doors are much lighter nowadays. Scissor doors are purely for effect kind of out of place on a sports car.
v12 musica another story.

got $2,000 a month burning a hole in your pocket?

the only way that you could put those lambo doors on a boxster, is if the car is
really done up.

i mean slammed to the ground, nice rims, side skirts, front bumper and then lambo doors.....

would look dumb on a stock boxster.

Well this explains it! Last weekend I drove by a house and saw a Neon parked in front with these doors (they were open that's how I knew). I almost fell off my bike doing a double take!

I know its bad, but I have to admit that I always thought those swing doors were real neat looking and would consider getting it for the boxster.....doubt I will do it, but the thought is rolling around my head

True that, they don't look sexy on a Boxster. May be on Carrera GT would be alright,

One of the stupidest things I have ever seen. The doors are so thick, looks horrible. Not to mention to get out of the car you would have to be 5'2" 105lbs

Talking

Sadly, we see more and more of these "devices" around SOCAL these days.

Has everyone's taste gone in the crapper lately?
