I just did motor and trans mounts on our 2002 base(80k on car). It got rid of a vast amount of vibrations, clunks, and noises(rattles and the like) throughout the car. The newer gen motor mount is a huge improvement over the old style, but trans mounts are really needed to complete the job. Otherwise, it just isolates the noises and vibrations towards the back. Best of luck with it.
Regards
