Outer axle boots are leaking, but there are no cracks. They are leaking out from underneath the clamps. Looks like the boot have been replaced in they didnt use the correct tool for the type of clamp used. Anyone have advice on my options for replacing them. I assume there is a special tool for the clamps in the picture I attached. Any guidance would be appreciated.
