But, I still think he does a fairly neutral job of moderating this forum (much better than some other Boxster Forums) and doesn't deserve the jabs coming his way in this thread. I know he's a Big-Boy and doesn't need any assistance from me, but I feel it needed to be said.

If the number of posts is any indication (which it may not be) some of those criticizing Richard may not have been around long enough to realize or appreciate this. Peace...
That's funny... if you'll notice MN, there's a join date in the upper right of each post from each member indicating their join date. I, and each of the others in this thread that are taking "jabs" at Bruce have been members as long, and in some cases much longer than you. We just don't make hundreds of posts a week. Life, and all...

My life is getting in the way of being the number one poster too. Curse that damn job, girlfriend, friends, sunny days, and my family.

Seriously though, the m96 engine has design issues. Besides the minor RMS leak. In a severe case, the crankshaft can move and the only remedy is a new engine. Even my service advisor has admitted there is a problem.

More Koolaid?

Hi,

If you did actually read my post, which I hope is within the scope of your skillset, you'd see that I stated: "If the number of posts is any indication (which it may not be)...", but I guess that acknowledging this would have prevented you from thrusting your barbs once again. I'm starting to think that you're not a very nice man...

Happy Motoring!... Jim'99

Smile

Lets try to re-group here!

No sense in making this more than it is. If some folks are not wigged out by certain design issues and reliability issues so be it.

Others are.

Lets allow this to be for both sides.
