Adjusting windows to a roof top

When I close a roof top both windows go up but my passenger window immediately goes down a few inches after reaching a top. Then I have to manually push it up (with a button). I was trying to "reset" with holding a window button for a few seconds in fully closed position but it does not fix the problem. I cannot find visually any obstructions such as misaligned top rail or damaged window seal lip.
